At June Botanica, we stand behind the quality and integrity of everything we create. Your experience matters to us, which is why we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products purchased through this website.
If something doesn't feel right, we'll make it right.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may try any June Botanica product for up to 60 days from the date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund. No return is required.
To begin a request, email us at hello@junebotanica.health with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you would like refunded
- A brief note about your experience (optional but helpful)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Subscription Orders
Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first subscription order only.
Subscription renewal orders are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
Before each renewal, we send a reminder email 7 days in advance giving you the opportunity to cancel before you are charged. If you do not cancel prior to your billing date, the renewal will be processed and the satisfaction guarantee will not apply to that charge.
To cancel before a renewal, you can:
- Manage your subscription directly through your account, or
- Email us at hello@junebotanica.health before your billing date
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.
You may choose:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
June Botanica covers all costs for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. This applies to all orders, including subscription renewals.
Refund Processing
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–7 business days
- Your bank or card provider may take an additional 2–5 business days to release funds
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items received. Let us know your preference when you contact support.
Order Cancellations
One-time orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies.
Subscription cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to prevent the upcoming renewal from being processed.
Limitations & Fair Use
To ensure fairness to all customers:
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect patterns of misuse or fraudulent activity
- Delivery timeframes do not qualify for refunds unless an order is deemed lost by the carrier
